On Saturday morning, House of Fraser shoppers were entertained by Sutton’s very own Tuneless Choir whose philosophy is “to sing like no-one’s listening”.
Their infectious exuberance brought smiles to everyone’s faces with familiar tunes which had bystanders joining in and youngsters dancing along with them.
The choir has a tremendous community following, meeting every week during term time at the United Reform Church in Sutton and believe strongly in the power of song to lift the spirits. Their chosen charity is appropriately MIND and they managed to collect an amazing £41 during their 45 minute set for this worthy cause as well as proudly representing Sutton’s Month of Music.
Come and see them perform again on the Expo stage on 29th September.
